Refund Policy

At StationChill, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the following return guidelines before placing your order.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

  • Include all original components and accessories

Due to the size and nature of our products, returns must be approved prior to shipment back to our facility.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Freight return shipping may be significant due to product size and weight.

We recommend keeping original packaging to facilitate safe return shipment.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the packaging and product to info@stationchill.com.

We will work promptly to resolve the issue, which may include replacement parts, repair, or product replacement depending on the situation.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or scheduled for freight shipment. If shipment has begun, cancellation will be treated as a return and may be subject to return shipping costs.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been filled with water or used may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Custom or special-order items may also be non-returnable.
